Overall Vision
The future is unfolding in ways we could never have dreamed. We experience a church in crisis and a world in chaos. Structures, systems that have served us well in the past are no longer capable of moving us into the future. How do we make sense of it all? How do we explore critical questions of identity and meaning at such a time? What can we offer this evolving future? ICCD's flagship program-Engaging Impasse: Circles of Contemplation and Dialogue®--has been designed to help us address these critical questions through an in-depth experience of communal contemplation and dialogue. Engaging Impasse Circles are now available in a 1-session format meeting 7 consecutive days and a 2-session format meeting in a 3-day session and a 4-day session.

ICCD's newest program-Transformation in a Time of Uncertainty-has been designed as a 1-day introductory program to begin to explore the time we are living in and how contemplation can assist us in the movement toward transformation.
